For the last two decades we have been hiring and training our own employees to become experts in each of the major trades of construction. Consequently this eliminates our dependency on sub contractors and reduces the time and the cost to complete each project.
From foundation to roofing the same project manager supervises the various specialty crews, during framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, stucco, and more... Using quality products from well known manufacturers such as Milgard, Jeld-Wen, and T.M Cobb, we install windows and doors to match the architecture of the existing house.
The architectural and structural designs are one of the main part of our service. We specialize in designing long term cost effective structures. With hundreds of additions in our portfolio we have a large bank of layouts to choose from. Combined with innovative designers, we make each and every project unique.
We offer an incomparable time table for our projects. All the work (including planning) is done by our employees. The job is done by large crews, working 6 days a week till final completion.
